What countries do you ship to?
We take orders from all over the world, and on most items we can ship outside of the UK, however, certain items may not be able to be sent overseas. If you are unsure whether a product you are interested in purchasing can be sent to you, please feel free to contact us. Please note that external customs fees and taxes may apply, this is out of our control and may vary from country to country.
Do you have a cut-off for dispatch?
Please note that our cut-off for dispatching orders is 1:00pm, Monday - Friday. Any orders on a weekend, bank holiday, or at a later time will be dispatched as soon as we can.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout once you enter your shipping details. If for any reason this doesn't show for you, or you have any issues, let us know.
For overseas orders (outside of the UK): Please note that external customs fees and taxes may apply, this is out of our control and may vary from country to country.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an order you have placed with us, then you will need to ensure that the items are in new, unused condition to be viable for a return. To learn more, please read our Returns & Exchanges policy here.
Are your products Genuine/OEM or aftermarket?
All of our parts & accessories are genuine, directly from the manufacturer, unless stated otherwise. With genuine products, you can expect the upmost quality and most genuine products benefit from manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer fitting services for the parts you sell?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any services to fit parts or accessories. We advise you to have your parts and accessories fitted by the product's manufacturer to ensure any warranties are not voided.
How do I track my order once it's been shipped?
Once we have processed and dispatched your order, you should receive a confirmation email with a corresponding tracking number. You can also track your order from our website by going to your account page and checking your orders from there.
Do you provide warranties for your products? If so, what is the warranty coverage?

What does "offside" and "nearside" mean?
"Offside" and "nearside" are another name for right and left, if you imagine you are sat in the car:
Offside = Right
Nearside = Left
