    We aim to process all orders with 24 hours of receiving payment, however this may not always be possible at busy times, weekends & bank holidays.

    Upon processing your order we will mark the item as despatched, this will generate a message from eBay informing you that you order is being processed, however this is not an indication that your order has entered into the postal system.

    Where possible we will try and provide you a tracking number via eBay.

    Delivery can only be made to the address shown in the PayPal payment.

    All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post).

    Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

    The delivery option you select during the checkout process will determine the delivery company used.

    Royal Mail 2nd class

    This has a delivery aim of approx 3-5 days but can take a little longer at busy times, this however does not provide a tracking service. Claims for missing items can be made after 21 days.

    This has a delivery aim of 1-3 days but can take a little longer at busy times, this however does not provide a tracking service. Claims for missing items can be made after 21 days.

    Royal Mail 1st class Recorded

This service does require a signature upon delivery, should you be unable to take delivery a 'while you were out card' should be left and the item taken back to your local sorting office, you can then either collect it or make arrangements with them to have it re-delivered. It the item is not collected or re-delivered then it will be returned back to us. A re-delivery charge will be applied in these instances. Claims for missing items can be made after 21 days.

    Royal Mail standard Airmail

    This has a delivery aim of 7-20 days depending upon your locations but can take a little longer at busy times, this however does not provide a tracking service. Claims for missing items can be made after 30 days.

    Royal Mail International signed for

    This has a delivery aim of 7-20 days depending upon your locations but can take a little longer at busy times, this service does provide a limited tracking facility. Items are tracked up to leaving the UK and being passed to your national postal provider who will then provide the tracking service. Claims for missing items can be made after 30 days.

    Courier (24 hour, 48 hour & 3-5 day)

    We will choose a delivery company based on your order, size, value and the delivery address, currently this will either be Yodel, UPS, UK Mail or Parcel Force.

    This service does require a signature upon delivery, should you be unable to take delivery a 'while you were out card' should be left and the item taken back to your local depot, you can then either collect it or make arrangements with them to have it re-delivered. It the item is not collected or re-delivered then it will be returned back to us. A re-delivery charge will be applied in these instances.

    We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

    Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

    Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Partsworld-UK shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

    The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

    Postage

    You will only pay one delivery charge per order.For an order of multiple items please wait for a combined invoice to be sent before making payment.

    Force Majeure

    Partsworld-UK shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

     

    Please note: Royal Mail deliveries to Italy and Spain are currently taking 14-21 days.

    Cancellation of Orders

    You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account.

    Returns

    If you need to return a product purchased from Partsworld-UK then you have 28 working days to do so.

    Please use the eBay returns system.

    The returned goods must be unused / unfitted and in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

    The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

    If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

    Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
